Program Verification Update Required

Due to a new documentation requirement, in 2017 all Preceptors attesting to the training of CBNC Candidates must complete and submit the recently amended 2017 CBNC Program Verification Form. This update is required to ensure that classroom and laboroatory training (CLT) is being administered, attended and documented.

Preceptor Attestation Template Update

Due to new requirements requested by NRC, CBNC has made important updates to our US Formal Pathway Preceptor Letter template.   *ALL US CANDIDATES MUST USE THIS TEMPLATE OR INCLUDE THIS NEW LANGUAGE IN THEIR SUBMITTED LETTER.*  Previous versions of this letter cannot be accepted. Returning Candidates must present a new letter. All other CBNC Candidates are strongly encouraged to use the CBNC templates as they have been crafted to address all the required information needed for approval.
