Applications will be accepted beginning June 25, 2012. Applications received prior to this date will be held until June 25 and will be reviewed in the order received.

Individuals who missed the Regular and Late deadlines can still get their applications in for the 13th hour deadline (Final). Applications must be postmarked no later than October 9, 2012.

$50 Multi-Modality Discount
Individuals who are current Diplomates of the Certification Board of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (CBCCT) or who have passed the CBCCT exam and hold Testamur status are eligible for a $50 discount.         

Withdrawal/Cancellation Deadline
To cancel participation in the 2012 exam you must submit a written, signed request to CBNC by Thursday, November 15, 2012.  If postmarked by that date, you are entitled to a $750  (certification) and  $450 (recertification) refund.  For individuals who received the $50 multi-modality discount, the refunds will be $700 and $400 respectively.  Faxed cancellations will be accepted 240-631-8152.

Incomplete Application Fee: A $50 resubmission fee will be required for applications submitted without all required documentation.

Non-Sufficient Funds Fee:  A $35 fee will be assessed for returned checks.

Rescheduling Fee: If you need to cancel or reschedule your exam a $25 fee will be assessed by Prometric for appointments rescheduled 3-29 days prior to the exam (6-29 days outside the U.S.).
